77/26. Annual Governance and Accounting Return 2025-26
a) To receive the Annual Internal Audit Report, consider the recommendations and approve publication.

b) To receive, consider and approve the Annual Governance Statement 2025-26 and for the Chair and Clerk to sign.

e) To approve the Certificate of Exemption 2025-26 (if applicable) and publication of documents on the parish council’s website to meet obligations specified in the Council’s Publication scheme, Transparency Code and Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015.

78/26. Planning
03438/25/OUT Outline erection of up to 200 dwellings, with demolition of existing farm
buildings, associated access, play area, public open space, landscaping and biodiversity
enhancement (with means of access to be considered). Land Adjacent Hillside, Lincoln Road, Thimbleby, Lincolnshire. ELDC have received an amendment to the above-mentioned application.
Thimbleby Parish Council noted the new documents.
