I hereby summons you to an extraordinary Thimbleby Parish Council meeting on Thursday 15th February 2024 starting at 6.45pm with a public participation period for 15 minutes prior to the parish council meeting starting at 7.00pm in Thimbleby Village Hall. If you cannot attend, please notify me with a reason for your absence. The agenda is attached below.

- Application reference S/181/01013/23 Planning Permission - Change of use, conversion of, extension and alterations of existing barn which is a listed building to form a dwelling - VILLAGE FARM, MAIN ROAD, THIMBLEBY, HORNCASTLE, LN9 5RE. Thimbleby PC: Objection with comments. ELDC Decision: Decision awaited.

- To approve LALC subscription 2024-25 payment £95.42
- To consider insurance claim, quotations and approve a replacement noticeboard near the Durham Ox following destructive storm damage.
- To note and consider activity and information relating to the Village Pump.
- To consider and propose items for the parish newsletter – Spring 2024
- To consider and approve any nominees for co-option.
- To consider subscribing 2024-25 LALC Annual Training Scheme £100 +VAT and approve any bookings for training.

- To note date of next ordinary meeting of Thimbleby Parish Council – 13th March 2024 and any items to be proposed for the agenda.
