I hereby summons you to the Parish Council Meeting of Thimbleby Parish Council on 10th July 2024 starting at 7.00pm preceded by the a public participation period in Meeting Room 1, Stanhope Hall, Horncastle at 6.45pm.  If you cannot attend, please notify me with a reason for your absence.   The agenda is attached below.

  4. To exclude the media and public from the meeting by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted in accordance with the The Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 Sec 1 (2).
  5. To receive feedback from the Clerk’s appraisal and to decide any actions to be taken.
