1 Apologies for absence

Cllrs Ireland & Wilderspoon. These absences were formally approved, by vote, having considered and accepted the reasons for absence

 

2 To sign as correct the minutes from the last meeting held on the 25th October – It was unanimously agreed that these should be signed

4 Matters to Report from last meeting

a) LCC – grit has been delivered to the Chairman’s home

b) The Clerk will collect the Election paperwork on the 25th February

LCC Cllr Bradwell reported on the following – Council Tax increase,

Fire & Rescue, Consultation of Heritage sited, and Highways

ELDC A report was made on the budget, and the consultation on the Effectiveness of the Conservation Area

a) Bills to pay

Salary Jan/Feb £145.24

9 Highways

a) Reported

Thimbleby Hill – Gullies damaged

Main Road Gullies damaged

Mill Lane – surface water on road and now going down Drives, highways are soon to be in the area and will include these in the works

b) New App – fixmystreet Cllrs are reminded to use this APP when reporting faults

 

10 Speed watch

a) Information & Training Session February 21st at 7 pm

7 Volunteers will attend plus the Clerk

b) Purchase of equipment – permission to purchase equipment to total not greater than £600 – Unanimously agreed

c) Storage of equipment – the clerk will arrange this once the training has been completed
