5. Correspondence Received
a) Various e mails received from a resident concerning complaints made from residents received by him – Sent to Councillors before the meeting – Council response required
b) Various e mails received from a resident requesting an Archer survey on Mill Lane
c) 18 letters received (in bulk) from the same resident, individually signed and addressed, requesting the purchase of a SID for Mill Lane. Although all 18 are residents of Thimbleby, 1 of the residents is not registered on the electoral role.
d) email from a resident requesting individual acknowledgements for the above letters.
6. Clerks Report
a) Request made to Highways requesting Archer surveys – Reply sent to Councillors
b) Reply sent to resident concerning Mud on Paths & Highways
c) Reply sent to the Village Hall committee concerning request for funding.
