I hereby summons you to the Parish Council Meeting of Thimbleby Parish Council on 8th November 2023 starting at 6.45pm with a public participation period for 15 minutes prior to the parish council meeting starting at 7.00pm in Thimbleby Village Hall.  If you cannot attend, please notify me with a reason for your absence.   The agenda is attached below.

1. Apologies for absence to be approved if appropriate.

2. Declarations of Interest and consideration of any requested dispensations

3. To adopt the draft minutes from the Parish Council meeting held on 27th September 2023 https://thimbleby.parish.lincolnshire.gov.uk/council-business/minutes-2023/7 .

4. To consider any matters arising from the previous meeting 27th September 2023 not already on this agenda including Clerk’s Report and actions taken.

8. Finance

a) To approve the payment of bills paid between meetings and bills to pay on the payment schedule.

b) To note the bank reconciliation and account balance.

c) To consider and approve amendments to bank signatories.

d) To consider budget preparation for 2023-24

e) To approve the internal auditor and fees for 2023-24 financial year.

9. To consider and approve any nominees for co-option.

10. To consider any highways matters

11. To consider and approve responses to;

a) ELDC Local Plan review and consultation.

b) ELDC Polling District/Polling Places Review 2023

12. To consider any bin moves, noticeboard changes and other asset changes.

13. To approve Emergency Plan contact details

14. To consider defibrillators in the parish and any applications for grant funding.

15. To approve any bookings for training.

16. To note date of next meeting of Thimbleby Parish Council – 10th January 2024 and any items to be proposed for the agenda.
