  1. Welcome remarks by Chair of the Parish Council

  1. Declarations of interest and consideration of any requested dispensations.

 

  1. Finance

a) To note the bank reconciliation and account balance.

(Note: Any councillor with council tax unpaid for more than two months is prohibited from voting on the budget or precept by Section 106 of the Local Government Finance Act 1992 and must disclose it at the start of the meeting. Failure to do so may be a criminal offence.)

c) To consider the 2026-27 financial year budget and reserves.

d) To approve the precept for 2026-27 financial year.

  3. Minute taking and Meeting Practice Policy
  4. Communication and Engagement Policy

 

 

  1. To consider amendments to the Standing Orders

 

  1. To approve any bookings for training.
