AGENDA

1.Welcome by the Chair of the Staffing Committee

2.Apologies for absence to be approved if appropriate.

3.Declarations of interest and consideration of any requested dispensations.

4.To approve the draft minutes of the Staffing Committee 27th January 2026.

5.To resolve that, in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following item(s) of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of confidential information.

6.To consider the deferred agenda item: the outcome of the Clerk’s appraisal and review contracted hours and duties and any findings that need to be recommended to full Parish Council to consider and the communication of decisions made at this meeting.
