  1. Welcome by the Chair of the Staffing Committee

 

  1. Apologies for absence to be approved if appropriate.

 

  1. Declarations of interest and consideration of any requested dispensations.

 

  1. To approve the draft minutes of the Staffing Committee 14th April 2026.

 

  1. To resolve that, in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following item(s) of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of confidential information.

 

  1. Employee statement / additional information
    Opportunity for the employee to provide any additional information, clarification or supporting detail relating to the confidential report previously submitted to this committee.

 

  1. Clarifying questions from the Committee
    Limited factual or clarifying questions from the Committee where required.

 

  1. Employment documentation
    Provision of:
    - signed hard copy Contract of Employment;
    - signed Form 5 appraisal documentation;
    for Council employment records at which point the employee will leave the room. 

 

  1.  Confidential discussion by Committee members
    Confidential discussion and deliberation by Committee members regarding matters raised during the meeting and consideration of any further actions or advice required.
